Heather wanted to stay within her Kelly Right Realty guidelines while giving her clients an effortless, yet informational experience. I went with a simple sans serif typeface for ideal readability, and included her photo so people are able to put a face to the name and get a more personal feel. Heather has a lot to offer and show as a Real Estate Agent so she needed all her relevant certifications and services to be known. I eliminated chaos by separating the valuable information clearly so her clients are able to get what they need from her products without being overwhelmed.
